Its always a deep privilege to support your pregnancy and postnatal journey through movement in the body that creates gentle strengthening in mind and body. As you may already be aware, your body is changing so much through the trimesters of you pregnancy, or, it has changed after the birth of your baby.

I offer a variety of nurturing yoga classes, from 10 minutes classes up to 30 minute classes so you can fit what movement you need, day to day, or week by week.

Also available to you are amazing guided relaxations and also resource videos such as breathing techniques for birth and understanding what diastasis recti is postnatally….and lots more!
