In person yoga classes - Held at Burbage Millennium Hall.
Online yoga membership - with a library of yoga classes and resources to move through at your own pace, in your own time, from the comfort of your own home.
Hypnobirthing & Birth Preparation - fully bespoke 1:1 courses shaped entirely around you, your partner, and the birth experience you're hoping for. Calm, confident, and completely yours.
Birth Trauma Resolution - gentle, compassionate support for women carrying difficult or painful birth memories. A safe space to process, release, and begin to heal.
Closing the Bones - a sacred Womb Wrap Ceremony for postpartum women. A beautiful, ancient ritual to honour your body, restore your spirit with tender massages and binding with scarves.
Body to Baby is the sister company to The Heart Space - a wider home for women's wellness at every stage of life. While The Heart Space holds women's wellbeing as a whole, Body to Baby is dedicated entirely to the pregnancy, birth, and postnatal journey.
