  • 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Welcome & Intention Setting
    - Grounding meditation and journaling with herbal tea to awaken the senses and set intentions for the day.

  • 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM | Morning Yoga Flow
    - A nourishing yoga practice to awaken and energise.

  • 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Herbal Tea & Nourishing Snack Break

  • 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM | Herbal Remedies for Women - special guest Emily from Sulis Botanicals.
    - Introduction to key herbs for hormonal balance, stress relief, sleep, and emotional wellbeing. Plus a hands-on session: blending & brewing herbal tea.

  • 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM | Lunch & Restorative Break

  • 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Barefoot Walk & Journaling with Tarot Card Pull

  • 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Yin Yoga & Herbal Meditation
    - A deeply restorative yin yoga session for nervous system reset
    - Closing meditation with herbal-infused essential oils for relaxation
