We invite you and your birth partner to join Body to Baby’s online group Hypnobirthing course on Saturday 3rd and 10th October. Both Saturdays are 10-4:30pm with an hours lunch break.

This supportive birth preparation online course will use zoom to deliver all the information you need to prepare for your birth.

The course is an antenatal educational programme entwined with all the wonderful Hypnobirthing techniques to support you have a more positive birth, whatever your birthing journey decides to be.

  totally reframes the  way you view your birth….inevitably, how you birth your baby.

• Learn how your birthing body works and how you can work with it to support and enhance your birth experience.

• Learn amazing breathing techniques, visualisations, massages and mindset techniques to support you manage and work with your birth.

• We have a big part of our course totally dedicated to the birth partner, so they feel fully equipped to support you and feel a huge part of your baby’s birth.

• You are taught a full antenatal course so you feel fully informed, supporting you to feel totally prepared.

• Learn what the different stages of labour look like and the physiological changes that  happen to your body at each stage.

• The course will bring you a new found confidence showing you how to make the right choices for you, helping you feel more in control and that you have a voice.

• We work on looking at Plan A, Plan B and Plan C births, to help you positively work with any birthing journey you may need to work with.

• We help you plan how to continue your birth preparation and practice at home.

• You will see real life birth videos that show you how amazing birth can be.

• You will be surround by likeminded couples, who want to make a positive difference to their birth, just like you. Many great friendships have been formed from the group courses. You will also get my unconditional support after the course
  up until the birth of your baby.
