Postnatal Yoga & Fitness Classes

We are here for you…

Our postnatal yoga classes have been designed with new mums in mind & are focused on empowering, strengthening & nurturing you.

You are in safe hands with your postnatal yoga and fitness specialist Katy, as her passion is to deeply support you after the birth of your baby, so you feel strong again in a nurturing and supportive way.

All Classes are at The Nest in Hinckley and all equipment is provided for you. Baby is very welcome to come along and we provide bouncers and play mats.

…do this before your first class to ensure I fully support you at your classes:


Jan/Feb 6 week block

You and your baby are warmly welcomed to this 6 week block on MONDAYS 10-11am. Classes will be on the following dates:
January 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th and February 3rd & 10th

This is what your 6 weeks will look like:
Wk 1 - Core & Stretch
Wk 2 - Glutes, Thighs & Legs
Wk 3 - Core & Tone
Wk 4 - Full Body Strengthening
Wk 5 - Core Galore
Wk 6 - Legs, Bums & Tums

Everything is provided for you and we have bouncers and play mats for your baby too.

Feel your body get stronger week on week and enjoy making new friendships with like minded mums and their babies too!
