The Birth of Thomas & Madeleine - Positive Twin Birth

Please meet Thomas Matthew born 27th March at 00h12 and Madeleine Heidi born at 01h10.

We had a 2 natural births and even though we had complications along the way, we remained calm all through out and we were confident throughout our birthing journey.

Thanks to hypnobirthing we still have good memories and really funny moments in my story that perhaps, if it wasn’t for hypnobirthing, I wouldn’t have had. Plus, I am also really confident that everything that was done were the best decisions for us all considering the obstacles we faced. The team at the hospital were outstanding and really embraced and accommodated our hypnobirthing.

Just because someone might need to have a birth that involves interventions it doesn’t mean that you can’t do Hypnobirthing or that it won’t be useful for you in that situation.
