At Body to Baby Pregnancy Yoga classes we focus on toning, stretching and relieving tension to support your beautiful pregnant body as your baby grows, as well as supporting strength for an active birth.
Pregnancy yoga classes with Body to Baby are suitable for pregnant women from 14 weeks up until birth and you don’t have to of had any previous yoga experience. Enjoy meeting other pregnant mums, enjoy the calming space of The Nest and walk away feeling amazing within mind and body!
We spend 45 minutes enjoying our beautiful yoga practice followed by 15 minutes of wonderful relaxations at the end of class, which leaves you totally relaxed and calm.
Every week we focus on different aspects to support your pregnancy and birth.
Thursdays 6-7pm
Single Class £10
4 class package £35 (one class a week package)

EARLY POSTNATAL YOGA & FITNESS CLASSES
You have done an incredible job of growing and giving birth to your beautiful baby and now it's time to recover and gently begin to re-set your body.
These classes run in 4 or 5 week blocks, helping you to fully focus on your foundation of strength and meet a beautiful group of like minded mums and their babies.
Start with us from 6 weeks post birth, 6-8 weeks post an episiotomy, 10-12 weeks post Caesarean birth or 3rd/4th degree tearing.
You are welcome to bring your baby with you. Playmats and bouncers are provided for them.
Early Postnatal Yoga Blocks.
These classes are specifically designed for the new mum in mind, no matter what type of birth you have had.
We focus on slowing it down, and you can enjoy classes that are full of wonderful stretches to provide relief from tired, stiff muscles. We work on building abdominal strength and supporting tummy separation, as well as strength into the pelvic floor. We really work on all the surrounding and interconnecting muscles to really build that strong foundation.
Your baby is welcome to join you at the classes, so we take each class as it comes, if you need to stop to feed, change nappy or have a little cuddle time, we always work with it, so you both feel comfortable and supported.
Each Postnatal Yoga & Fitness Block Works Between School Half Term/Holidays
I run these classes on either/or:
Mondays 10-11am
Thursdays 10-11am
You can bring baby along to the classes.

Postnatal Core Strengthening 5 Week Course
Have you noticed a difference in your tummy muscles since having your baby?
Do you want specialist support to strengthen your core muscles again?
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE TO DO JUST THAT!!
At this 5 week core strengthening course you will receive the core strengthening training booklet, which will also be your guide for home practice, and, a free resistance band.
You also learn how to check for any diastasis recti (core separation) and how to manager building your individualised strength back in to your core muscles.
You literally feel your core get stronger!!!
This 5 week course is £55

WOMENS YOGA CLASSES
These BEAUTIFUL Yoga Classes offers women specific poses to strengthen the core and pelvic floor, enhancing your physical strength and stability, with guided relaxations at the end of every class!
In these classes we cultivate a focus on the feminine, bringing in a gentle self-awareness and empowerment, as well as nurturing both physical and emotional well-being.
It’s deeply nourishing for mind, body and soul.
It’s a 45 minute class with 15 minutes of beautiful guided relaxations at the end.
This class is for mums only.
*not suitable for new mums
Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm.
PAYG is £10 a class

All classes MUST be used within the monthly window (eg purchased 5th May, your package will run to the 5th June)
No classes can be carried over unless there is a bank holiday or we need to cancel a class.
Pregnancy Yoga package is redeemable on pregnancy yoga only.
Postnatal Yoga block is redeemable on the day your have purchased your block for.
IMPORTANT - Please ensure that once you have purchased your package, please download the pushpress app and add the classes you want to join.

All blocks are valid for 4 weeks (unless specified differently)
No classes can be carried over to another block or refunded if you miss a class.
Refunds will only be offered if the class needs to be cancelled by the class instructor.
Once you book your block, you will need to book your classes in on the Push Press app linked to The Nest
